Definisi​ Legalisasi Dokumen

Legalisasi Dokumen merupakan pengesahan terhadap dokumen dan hanya dilakukan terhadap tanda tangan dan tidak mencakup kebenaran isi doku47rummy.commen. Setiap dokumen Indonesia yang akan dipergunakan di negara lain atau dokumen asing yang akan dipergunakan di Indonesia perlu dilegalisasi oleh instansi yang berwenang.

Dasar Hukum

Aturan tentang legalisasi dokumen oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri diatur dalam:

1) Staatsblad 1909 No. 291 tertanggal 25 Mei 1909 tentang legalisasi tanda tangan.

Vienna Convention on Consular Relations tahun 1963 yang telah disahkan dengan UU RI No 1 tahun 1982

2) Peraturan Menteri Luar Negeri No. 09/A/KP/XII/2006/01 tentang Panduan Umum Tata Cara Hubungan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri oleh Pemerintah Daerah.

3) PP No. 49 Tahun 2016 tentang Jenis dan Tarif atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak yang berlaku pada Kementerian Luar Negeri.

Jenis Dokumen Yang Dilegalisasi di Kemlu

Dokumen yang dapat dilegalisasi di Kemlu antara lain Akte lahir, Akte kematian, Surat Keterangan, Akte Nikah, Ijazah, Surat Ijin Mengemudi, Surat Kuasa, Surat Kelakukan Baik, Certificate of Origin, dan dokumen lain yang memerlukan legalisasi.

Kementerian Luar Negeri hanya menerima:

1) Dokumen terbitan dalam negeri untuk digunakan di luar negeri setelah mendapatkan legalisasi dari Direktorat Perdata, Kementrian Hukum & HAM.

2) Dokumen terbitan luar negeri untuk digunakan di dalam negeri setelah mendapatkan legalisasi dari Perwakilan RI di luar negeri atau Perwakilan Negara Asing di Indonesia.

Biaya jasa legalisasi dokumen oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri sebesar Rp. 25.000,- per dokumen yang dibayarkan setelah menerima notifikasi perintah untuk membayar.

1) VERIFIKASI DOKUMEN DAN BUKTI PEMBAYARAN HANYA DILAKUKAN PADA HARI DAN JAM KERJA.​​

2) PEMOHON TIDAK DIBENARKAN MEMBAYAR BIAYA LEGALISASI DOKUMEN SEBELUM MENERIMA NOTIFIKASI PERINTAH UNTUK MEMBAYAR KE NOMOR REKENING YANG DITENTUKAN, SESUAI JENIS DAN JUMLAH DOKUMEN YANG DISETUJUI. KELALAIAN MENJADI TANGGUNG JAWAB PEMOHON.

3) PEMOHON TIDAK DAPAT MENYERAHKAN DOKUMEN KEPADA PETUGAS LOKET SEBELUM MENERIMA NOTIFIKASI PERINTAH DATANG KE LOKET. NOTIFIKASI PERINTAH DATANG KE LOKET AKAN DITERIMA PEMOHON MELALUI APLIKASI SETELAH BUKTI BAYAR TERVERIFIKASI. KELALAIAN MENJADI TANGGUNG JAWAB PEMOHON.

Definition Legalization of Documents

Document Legalization is a validation of documents and conducted only against signature and does not include the contents of the document the truth. Indonesia Any documents that will be used in other countries or foreign documents to be used in Indonesia needs to be legalized by the competent authority.

Legal basis

Rules about legalization of documents by the Foreign Ministry and Indonesian Missions abroad set in:

1) Government Gazette 1909 No. 291 dated May 25, 1909 concerning the legalization of signatures.

Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 has been ratified by Law Decree No. 1 of 1982

2) Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 09 / A / KP / XII / 2006/01 of the General Guidelines Procedures for Foreign Relations and Cooperation by Local Government.

3) PP 49 Year 2016 regarding Type and Tariff on Non-Tax State Revenue prevailing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Documents legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Documents can be legalized at the Foreign Ministry, among others Certificate of birth, death Certificate, Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Diploma, Driver's License, Power of Attorney, Letter of Good behavior, Certificate of Origin, and other documents which require legalization.

Foreign Ministry only received:

1) Documents published in the country to be used abroad after getting the legalization of the Civil Directorate, Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

2) The documents published abroad for use in the country after getting legalization of Indonesian Missions abroad or Foreign Country Representative in Indonesia.

Cost of services of legalization of documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rp. 25.000, - per document paid after receiving the notification orders to pay.

2) THE APPLICANT IS NOT JUSTIFIED TO PAY FEES LEGALIZATION DOCUMENTS BEFORE RECEIVING NOTIFICATION TO PAY TO THE ORDER OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS REQUIRED, ACCORDING TO TYPE AND NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS APPROVED. SOLE NEGLIGENCE OF APPLICANT.

3) THE APPLICANT CAN NOT BE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS COUNTER PERSON TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE ORDERS COME TO COUNTER. NOTIFICATION ORDERS COME TO COUNTER THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH PAY APPLICATION AFTER PROOF VERIFIED. SOLE NEGLIGENCE OF APPLICANT.
